ERIN WARD and MEG AHRNSBRAK are two dynamic educators with the passion and gift of bringing out the greatness in others. Their degrees in elementary education coupled with their GIN training has landed them teaching positions in 5 elementary schools, 3 grade levels, a role as team leader, technology teacher and liaison, and have received the status of a highly effective educators in the states of Florida and Georgia.

As teachers, they pride themselves in leading youth from doubt to belief to achieving. Both Meg and Erin are expanding their purpose beyond the walls of their classrooms. Erin has released her children’s book Picasso Moves In which is based off of Ed Foreman and Earlene Vining’s Life’s Daily Menu. Additionally, Meg is the author of the book, "What Are You Really Saying?" The book discusses the unknown impact specific words and phrases actually have on the reality you create for yourself, which is set to be released in 2018.

Currently Meg and Erin are co-developing How to Train Your Genie, a program to motivate youth to take ownership in their thoughts, actions, and future. Both of these ladies are truly driven to lead youth toward their own personal greatness.This is beginning of their path towards empowering youth to take accountability of their mindset, habits, and ultimately their future.
